North Sydney location, Close To Public TransportEpson is seeking a motivated and energetic team player to join its Marketing Communications Department on a fixed-term basis.Responsibilities of the Marketing and Events Specialist include but are not limited to:In conjunction with the Marketing team support and help co-ordinate Epson's annual marketing and events plan.Ensure the components of all activity are fully costed and events are managed so that they are kept within budgetary guidelines.Develop Epson Experience Centre landing pages and Virtual Experience Centre experiences.Assist with webinars and pre-recorded sales videos programs to improve business activities – launch new products, training, and virtual demo.Execute plans to better use of marketing budget and host events, innovation days, open house, dealer, press, product launches at our Experience Centers.Implement creative strategies to promote the use of our Experience Centers - physical and virtual demonstrations, campaigns – social / Channel Epson; eDM.Promote Epson events in the digital space – social media platform (event landing page) to regularly update upcoming events. eDM and social content generation with the help of the digital team.Work with creative designers and web team to create assets for activity i.e., design, collateral including invites, eDM's landing pages and social assets.To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.Proficient in using MS Office Suite products.Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation and external agencies.Highly organised with an ability to juggle tasks and meet multiple deadlines.This role would suit someone who wants to work for a well-known brand, has a passion for technology, loves and is up for a challenge with a friendly attitude, and has a creative mind.If this sounds like the perfect role for you, please click apply now!
