Lance East Office – Marketing and Events Manager Lance East Office is seeking an energetic, creative, and experienced Marketing and Events Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this newly created role, you will work closely with our Director of External Affairs, operations team, and various portfolio companies and investments to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
Experience: Degree in Marketing or a related field 5+ years of marketing experience (agency or client-side) Key Responsibilities: Manage the execution and budget of the Marketing Plans for Lance East Office (LEO), Lance East Exotics (LEE), The LEE Collection, Arise Racing GT and other portfolio companies.
Develop comprehensive Marketing Plans for each business unit, including annual budgets, outcomes, and KPIs.
The plans will cover: Digital Marketing (SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing) Managing relationships with external agencies.
Public Relations (In close conjunction with our Director of External Affairs) Graphic Design (digital and physical collateral, signage) Website management Sponsorships, Activations, and Events Traditional Advertising (TV, Radio, Print, Out-of-Home) Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and subcontractors to coordinate marketing efforts and events.
Provide weekly updates to your line manager on the progress of the Marketing Plans, conduct quarterly reviews, and lead the annual Marketing Plan review.
Skills and Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
5+ years of experience in marketing (in-house or agency), with a strong track record of success.
Experience in creating engaging social media content, optimising for search engines, and driving user engagement.
Expertise in data management, segmentation, marketing automation, and personalisation.
Proficiency in analytics (Google Analytics 4), tag management, and reporting (Looker Studio).
Technical skills in website CMSs, HTML, design software, publishing platforms, and CRM integrations.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong marketing analytics and reporting capabilities.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong editing, proofreading, and organisational skills.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Interest in luxury or race cars (advantageous).
