Marketing & Events Coordinator - Med GasAir Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team in rolling out, implementing, and following up on marketing programs and initiatives across all the ALH geographies and businesses.
The Marketing Coordinator will also provide support on compiling competition information, developing brochures & collaterals, as well as organising trade shows and sales and marketing conferences.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsible for logistics of trade shows, events and other company meetings related to sales and marketing
Manage and record all marketing paraphernalia
Provide support in the development of internal and external sales and marketing material
Coordinate with various suppliers on marketing projects
Develop marketing and sales presentations
Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical support
Proactively follow up customer feedback
Maintain customer contract and its implementation of the parties commitment
Monitor all outstanding POs received including the blanket orders to be proactively maintained
Define annual budget and update relevant information of the key account according to obtained valid information

Previous experience with IQMS beneficial but not essential
Ability to present information and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills (including experience working with Microsoft Applications, Google Applications, and other relevant computer software)
Highly organised
Ability to multitask
