We seek a permanent/part-time Marketing & Customer Service Attendant to join our team.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. If you've got a background in marketing and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, this job may be perfect for you!
Duties include, but not limited to:- Get creative with marketing strategies and content, including social media and youtube.Perform market and client researchOrganize and manage marketing materialAssist with coordination of and attend trade showsDaily reception duties such as greeting customers, answering phones and emails.Develop and execute marketing campaignsProviding quotes and merchandise salesServing customers and processing invoices/paymentsScheduling vehicle bookings for accessory fitmentsQualifications & experience Strong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of basic business and marketing conceptsOutgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social skillsAbility to spot emerging trendsExperience with social media, social networking, email marketing, search engines and website developmentStrong writing and copy-editing abilitiesA natural flair for creativity and having some fun!The business is a fast paced environment requiring quick thinking, patience and a can-do attitude, all with a smile!
