Position Overview As the Marketing Coordinator at Hutcheon and Pearce, your role will be to maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience systems encompassing case updates, report generation and user access management. Additionally provide general marketing support and aid in the development and distribution of marketing materials. Assist in the development, printing and distribution of marketing materials Manage user access rights, roles, and permissions within the CRM system, John Deere Customer Experience Platform and Dealer Spectrum to ensure data security and privacy. Oversee data integrity, accuracy, and cleanliness within the CRM system including data entry, deduplication, unsubscribe management and ongoing maintenance. Generate reports and dashboards in Handle, Equip and Dealer Spectrum Create CRM campaigns as requested and compile post-campaign reports. Manage John Deere Cases including communication to Branch Managers and updating John Deere Experience Platform and the CRM system. Provide training and support to users on CRM system functionalities, best practices and data entry standards. Allocate dealer experience calls to marketing team members Assist in conducting customer experience calls to gain valuable insights and feedback. Oversee distribution of Dealer Experience Letters The Ideal Candidate should have: Certificate, Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field. Strong editing and proofreading skills with good attention to detail. Excellent organisational and project management skills Strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
