About the Role: Servicing a large team spanning across property management, project marketing, and sales, this is a vital role that will help expand the market knowledge of our brand.
Key daily duties will include:
Developing and Executing Marketing Strategies. This includes creating and managing marketing materials and campaigns to enhance the Colliers Toowoomba brand.
You will need to be able to take a creative, fresh approach to our internal marketing strategy and provide market insights to help expedite growth.Marketing and Event Calendar Coordination. Managing general branding campaigns, community engagement events, sponsorship opportunities, market research, and updates, both in digital and print formats.Brand and Social Media Content Management. Refining and implementing the social media content schedule while delivering brand dominance and adhering to brand guidelines.Internal and External Communications. Writing content for communications and media publications, and ensuring timely updates on digital platforms.Provider Relationship Management. Maintaining regular contact with representatives from various platforms and ensuring sales agents are aware of new products and marketing opportunities.Be Our Marketing Strategist. Continually providing insight to the management team as to best practices and leading techniques.
Becoming a solutions architect to the marketing process.To succeed in this role, you will need to be a driven, creative individual who can bring ideas to the table and take charge of the initiatives. You will need to have a sound financial understanding and be able to work within budget requirements.
Ideally, you will have a detailed understanding of creative programs like Adobe Suite and Meta Suite to assist in the management of the entire outward-facing brand imagery of the organisation.
Coming to the role with degree/diploma qualifications, or a great deal of background experience, will be highly regarded.
