About the role We're looking for someone who loves all things content creation, events and social media. The primary role is to create and execute on brand content that drives customers to our websites - you live and breathe this and are at ease with making content come to life through a range of channels. We are after someone with proven experience in this field managing multiple channels and brand voices. You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across our various online platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.
Responsibilities Content Management & Distribution: Create, schedule, and publish content across all our channels. Identify and work with relevant influencers to drive brand growth. Plan and execute email campaigns using DotDigital to drive engagement and conversions. Curate and enhance our social shopping experience to support social commerce goals. Events: Coordinate event setup and activities, manage staff and volunteers, and address any issues that arise in the planning and during events. Website Content Management: Together with our Graphic Designer, implement new campaigns using Shopify. Content Development: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email newsletters. Work closely with our graphic designer, external photographers/videographers, and other team members to create compelling multimedia content. Develop and implement strategies to grow engagement and bring to life new ideas to showcase our brands. Collaborate with the broader team to design and implement marketing campaigns that are aligned with the go-to-market and drive engagement and conversions for our brands. Ad hoc Marketing tasks as required.You'll be: A collaborator: We want someone who works as a team, loves brainstorming, and wants to share ideas. A stickler for deadlines: you'll be driving the social channels, so it is up to you to push teams to get the content you need and when.Qualifications/Skills A bachelor's degree or similar in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and emerging trends. Proven experience in digital content production and social media management. Proven experience in social media strategy and using that to drive sales. Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in content creation (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.) and social media management platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
