A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Westco Motors for a Social Media Guru / Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help support, promote, build and grow our brands.
The full-time position involves working with various departments to plan, design, build, deploy and report on traditional and digital marketing projects.
You will be an integral part of the team – involved in planning, deploying, overseeing and reporting on various campaigns, projects and events.

A little about you: You are an all-rounder who can easily adapt to new challenges presented to you by our staff, management, and manufacturers.
You can come up with fresh, new ideas, approaches and content to help build various campaigns – and will continually optimize, tweak and adapt campaigns to determine and secure the best ROI.
You are creative, possess excellent communication skills, organized, have attention to detail, and can work to tight deadlines.
You will be fluent & passionate in all things social media - helping to maintain and grow our various profiles/channels with fun and engaging content, keeping up with new and emerging trends, and promoting the many products and services we have to offer.
You will be responsible for content creation and ideas (photography, videography, reels, editing) while also using the many premade assets made available to us by manufacturers and suppliers.
This position will require a strong background or interest in marketing, including social media, graphic design, and videography.
A few key responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute marketing plans (including CRM) to achieve company objectivesManage the end-to-end process for all advertising and CRM campaignsDesign and manage the production of marketing material, including posters, flyers, newsletters, short videos, social media posts, and POSFacilitate our online strategy including website, online campaigns, and social media presenceBuild traditional marketing campaigns including press and radioDevelop effective marketing campaigns to drive lead generationRecord and report advertising data and statistics to monitor marketing performanceMonitor competitive landscapes and provide recommendations for improvementsOrganize and attend events including product launches and drive daysThis position is for an immediate start.
