The role Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create, optimise, and implement marketing campaigns using customer data for personalisation. Coordinate and oversee multi-channel marketing activities (Direct mail, eDM, SMS, digital) and manage materials with internal and external teams. Create and manage reports, insights, and AB tests to evaluate campaign performance. Write and coordinate content across channels while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with Privacy and Spam Act regulations. Support general marketing tasks, including sourcing images and copywriting, and provide administrative assistance as needed. Ensure seamless customer experiences and adhere to organizational processes and corporate values.
