The Role |
Assist Marketing team across all functions: web, social, PR, email, content, and creative!
Work closely with the Founder and Marketing Team to further hone your marketing skills and grow your career
Contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
Support the creation and management of marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand values and goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Manage and maintain Shopify and Klaviyo platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
Utilise Canva to create compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience
Participate in community engagement initiatives to foster strong relationships with our customers and the broader community
The Skillset |
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:
Has 2-3 years of marketing experience, particularly with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Canva
Has experience (or a strong interest) in the fashion industry
Is passionate about creating memorable marketing experiences for our customers
Is committed to continuous improvement and learning
Has excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Is confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contributing to a rapidly growing business
