You'll manage digital asset libraries, presentation decks, and branded collateral, ensuring everything is on point and in line with our brand standards. Campaign Coordinator Extraordinaire - Help execute and coordinate exciting marketing campaigns by managing timelines, tracking performance metrics, updating content calendars, and delivering awesome assets! Social Media Superstar - Take charge of our social media strategy across all platforms to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience. Event Coordination Pro - From trade shows to corporate events, you'll assist in coordinating logistics, vendor relationships, and on-the-ground event execution.
It's all about making a lasting impression! Tech Savvy - You'll maintain and optimise marketing tech systems like HubSpot and content management systems to boost team efficiency and campaign performance. You'll collaborate with the digital team to manage content updates and make sure everything is aligned with our marketing goals. Team Collaborator - Work closely with other departments to deliver on ad-hoc and recurring marketing requests and projects. What We're Looking For Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Experience:
Minimum 1-2+ years in marketing (preferably B2B or software; bonus points for mining experience but it's not essential). Experience with digital marketing tools like SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and Google Analytics. Strong creative and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Skills:
Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and content management systems.
