At Amana Living, we're looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator who's as passionate about people as they are about pixels, projects, and promotional campaigns.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our marketing and communications efforts, supporting our Aged Care, Training, Recruitment, and Catering services. You'll work closely with teams across the business, bringing our brand to life and helping us share the amazing work we do with the world.
What You'll Do Social Media Superhero: Take charge of Amana Living's social media! You'll develop eye-catching content, respond to inquiries, and keep our followers in the loop.
Content Creation Extraordinaire: From shooting videos to creating promotional artwork, you'll help produce engaging, on-brand content that catches attention and tells our story.
Event Guru: Love a good event? You'll assist in organizing exhibitions, awards, and celebrations, turning each one into a memorable experience for all attendees.
Communications Champion: Partner with teams across the organization to keep our residents, staff, clients, and families informed and inspired.
Numbers Ninja: Track KPIs, analyze data, and optimize every campaign to ensure we're making a real impact.
What We're Looking For Social Media Wiz: You know your way around social platforms and love crafting content that drives engagement.Project Management Pro: You're organized, deadline-driven, and can manage multiple projects with ease.Brand Guardian: You have an eye for detail and keep everything on-brand, from social posts to brochures.Data-Driven Marketer: You can turn numbers into insights, tracking KPIs and recommending ways to improve.Design Savvy: (Bonus points if you know InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva!)Essentials to Apply National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or NDIS (Worker's Screening) CheckProof of current influenza and Covid-19 vaccinationsValid WA C Class Driver's LicenceAt Amana Living, we value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those who identify as living with disability, are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, or members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
