Responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager to coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns throughout the Balgownie properties. Assisting with social media management, email marketing, copy writing, content design, website editing and analytical tasks. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and organisational skills to effectively contribute to the company's marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The Role:
Ability to contribute to planning marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media and print advertising in collaboration with the team. Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion in collaboration with the team. Demonstrated experience in social media management including planning, content creation, copy writing, design creation for in-feed, stories and ads. Demonstrated experience in digital and print design creation for promotional materials (using Canva and ideally the Adobe suite) such as flyers, digital brochures, social media advertising. Experience updating and managing website content and media assets ideally in Word Press and Elementor. Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and market access, to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies. Experience undertaking end-to-end email marketing communications (build, send, report). Effective written and oral communication, including proof reading, copy writing and editing. Experience supporting internal and external stakeholders on marketing activities, including updating content on a range of listing sites and directories. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Assisting with collating information for reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns. Strong computer skills in programs such as Google Suite (including Google Analytics) and MS Office suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changes in market conditions, coordinating multiple marketing campaigns at one time.

About You:
Diploma or degree in Marketing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience working with Word Press, Elementor, Adobe suite, and Canva. Hospitality or events marketing experience is desired but not essential. Photography and video experience will be looked upon favourably. Have a reliable car to drive to and from Yarra Glen. Full working rights in Australia.
