Eftsure, recognized as one of Australia's fastest-growing businesses, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This role is your opportunity to work alongside senior marketing professionals, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship across key areas of marketing, including product marketing, demand generation, content creation, and field marketing.
For the first few months, you'll support our team across these areas, with the aim of discovering your passion and strengths.
From there, we'll work with you to focus and grow your career in your preferred marketing discipline.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign CoordinationAssist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and events.Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics.Content Creation & ManagementCollaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to develop engaging content for various platforms.Manage and update the company website and social media accounts with fresh content.Event SupportHelp coordinate marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.Ensure marketing materials and branded assets are prepared and delivered on time.Market Research & AnalysisConduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Use insights to recommend marketing strategies and improvements.Administrative SupportManage marketing calendars, project timelines, and budgets.Maintain an organized database of marketing assets, contacts, and contracts.CollaborationLiaise with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to support marketing activities.Ensure alignment with company goals and brand guidelines.Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience in a marketing role.Technical Skills: Canva, Social media channels.Analytical Skills: Decent grades in statistics or mathematical subjects.Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Other: Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Some of our benefits include: Birthday LeaveFloating Cultural HolidaysA day of leave to support a CharityAnnual Reimbursement of $250 for wellness expensesAdditional Training and Flexible Working Arrangements
