As Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our sales and marketing efforts, managing organic social media, helping to implement email campaigns, supporting event delivery and maintaining our website.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing and receive ongoing training and support to grow in your role.

Responsibilities The Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities will vary depending on the strategic focus of the marketing team, but typically include: Researching and writing short-form copy (e.g.
captions for social media posts, You Tube video descriptions, carousel content) and long-form copy (e.g.
case studies, blogs, articles, guides).
Helping to plan, book and organise internal and external events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, board meetings and celebrations.
Managing our Linked In page including helping to create and schedule content, responding to comments, engaging with other accounts.
Supporting the marketing team in updating and maintaining the Hub Spot properties (i.e.
the website and CRM), including product uploads, copy updates, file management and landing pages.
Producing or updating sales documents, typically using Power Point, Canva and Word.
General marketing administration work as required by the Head of Marketing or other members of the Leadership Team.
Managing print production of physical marketing collateral such as flyers and banners.
Qualifications and Skills Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications.
Good understanding of social marketing platforms and strategy, especially Linked In.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite especially Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Highly Valued Some experience in a junior marketing role (for e.g.
an internship).
Event planning experience.
Hub Spot CRM experience.
Additional Information Position can be full-time or 4-days per week part time to suit study or caring responsibilities, by negotiation.
