In this role, you will be involved in marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our 28 Stores and increase online conversions.Key Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To:Assist in end-to-end digital marketing campaign delivery: strategy & planning, content creation, audience targeting & selections, cross-channel delivering & monitoring, performance optimisation and reporting.Google Ads and Google Business Profile Maintenance.Meta Ads & Business Suite Maintenance.Shopify Website Management, Copy Writing, Visual assets. Experience with RetailExpress Back end is preferred but not crucial.Create and Launch Email/SMS Campaigns; experience with Maropost is preferred but not crucial.Coordination of Marketing Collateral production including liaising with designers, printers, and suppliers.SEM & SEO experience is advantageous but not crucial.Graphic Design duties will include but are not limited to product ticketing, content creation for social platforms, promo materials & website.Experience in advertisement through radio, TV, and billboards is advantageous but not crucial.Must have a high level of attention to detail and time management skills.You Will Be a Highly Motivated Individual Who Has:At least 2 years related working experience in the same or a similar role.Previous experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns.Highly proficient in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram) and paid advertising.Knowledge of graphic design using Canva & Adobe Creative Cloud.Excellent verbal and written skills.Great interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a close-knit team.Accuracy and attention to detail.Australian residency and be based in Sydney.Job Type: Full-timeKey Strengths:Attention to detail.Collaboration.Prioritization.A Final Note: This is a role with Home Sweet Home Sofas & Living, not with Hatch.
