Marketing Coordinator

Position title: Marketing Co-ordinator Reports to: Marketing Channel Manager - Outdoor room
Department: Marketing
Key relationships: Marketing Team External Agencies Sales Teams Product/R&D Teams Showroom teams Finance IT Overview of role: Entry level marketing position designed to assist marketing specialists in driving their brands.
Key responsibilities include: Briefing & trafficking artwork and content for digital and traditional channels when required Website maintenance – ensuring all content is on brand and accurate Raise purchase orders and assist Finance to match invoices where needed Social media scheduling and management Customer care – emails and social media messaging Event participation – cooking classes, training sessions, product launches Reporting and analytics – product reviews and digital dashboards Ad Hoc tasks as directed Experience (required): Tertiary qualification in Marketing or 1+ years working in a marketing role Qualifications (desirable): Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time & stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel Other requirements: License and transport; some travel may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
