We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Business Development team in Melbourne office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities This role will have particular focus on coordinating brand promotion strategies including delivering events, webinars/seminars and functions.Identifying opportunities and strategies to promote brand including through development and delivery of online content such as eALerts, event (webinar) invitations and content designed for social media.Play an integral role in promoting and maintaining the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system including creating and running reports, updating contact details and managing multiple entries, as well as supporting event and communication management through the system.Assisting and advising the lawyers and Business Development team on preparing and distributing written communications, including formatting, editing and proof reading various communication documents e.g.
client newsletters, bulletins, profiles, template documents and presentations.Strong technical skills required – editing and updating the Website, drawing reports from OnePlace, our Client Relationship Management database.Preparation of materials and packs for events and sponsorships.Writing and maintaining content and providing regular updates to the firm's website and intranet.Assist the team to produce regular client analysis reports and other marketing reports.Conduct basic organisation and industry research.Coordinating distribution and orders of firm merchandise and supervision of development and production of marketing materials including liaising with practice group leaders.Assist the Business Development team with the preparation of tender submissions.Communicate workload to team including notification of capacity to assist others.Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.Deal with external clients in a professional, polite and friendly manner.Maintains cyber security at all times.
Cultivate an awareness of security risks, stay informed of latest cyber threats, instil best cybersecurity practices and take practical steps to protect the firm and client from cyberattacks.Ad hoc duties as and when required.Skills/Knowledge Strong administrative and organisational skills.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.Ability to work semi-autonomously.Demonstrates strong attention to detail.Communicates in a professional manner with clients and colleagues and builds rapport.Excellent IT literacy, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
