THE ROLE An exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has become available for a motivated Marketing Co-ordinator to join our busy NSW marketing team based at Norwest!
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-profile brand within the exciting and fast-paced home building industry with a focus on developing our content marketing, social media strategies and website content management for Clarendon Homes NSW.
Reporting to, and working closely with the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Developing content across different digital platforms to position the brand as the leader in the residential building industry and engage our target audiences Co-ordinating social media and other digital activity including content curation, content production, social media posts, EDM and customer engagement based on an agreed plan Production of marketing content with a focus on developing our video production Co-ordinating the production and release of various marketing materials as required including print and signage Working with our in-house graphic designer and external agencies and suppliers as required Stock management of point of sale materials Provision of general administrative support to the marketing team Other marketing support tasks as directed by Marketing Manager To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate: 2-3 years' experience working in a marketing team - experience in building or construction industry is ideal but not required.
A positive attitude towards learning new things and working in a small team Ability to write professionally and creatively Customer focused mindset with proven ability to effectively communicate information and ideas to digital audiences through written, pictorial and interactive/video digital formats Strong curiosity and passion for content marketing, digital technology and best practices for digital content development Excellent knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms in a marketing context Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Suite or Canva for photo/ video editing Ability to track, analyse and report on content metrics and refine execution as needed Tertiary educated within media, journalism, marketing, digital marketing or equivalent Exceptional organisational and administrative skills High level of self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously Perks of working with CPG If you're looking for an opportunity to expand your marketing career in the highly rewarding home building industry then Clarendon Homes is your next career move!
