Marketing Coordinator

As the Casino Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Casino Marketing initiatives and strategy to drive visitation to Casino Canberra.
This position will also involve coordinating and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage our audience.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, your responsibilities include:
Development, coordination, and execution of marketing promotions and events.Driving initiatives to enhance customer experience in the Rewards club and identifying opportunities for effective targeting.Developing loyalty and retention programs for existing casino patrons in the database.Implementing communication plans for membership cards and offers.Statistically analyzing marketing programs and adjusting strategies to increase effectiveness based on changing market and competitive conditions.Creating post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.Researching database information to identify customer demographics and interests; consulting with management on methods of targeting and informing customers of upcoming casino events to attract and retain low-end casino customers.Briefing and implementing all creative content related to casino marketing.Creating and delivering casino marketing campaigns, including writing content for various channels.About you:This is a hands-on role, and the successful applicant will not only have the relevant technical skills but also a personality that enables them to establish and build effective working relationships with stakeholders.You will have the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, be flexible, and have an enthusiastic approach to tasks.
You must also be able to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and work in a team environment.Relevant qualifications in Marketing, preferably in hospitality or a related field.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.High level of customer service focus.Ability to lead a team and liaise effectively with your manager.Good communication skills to express information, thoughts, and ideas clearly and appropriately.About us:We are a diverse workforce focused on excellence in entertainment and customer service.
