T-Pac Lumber is an Australia-based timber supplier and wholesaler specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality lumber products.
We are seeking a creative and dynamic professional with experience in a growing mid-sized company, ideally during a period of rapid expansion. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to lead and implement all marketing initiatives, driving our brand's presence and impact.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with sales objectives for various timber products.
Create effective marketing strategies tailored to different timber species.
Consulting:
Offer expert advice on marketing tactics to reach specific target audiences within the timber industry.
Enhance brand visibility and awareness for timber products.
Provide guidance on various marketing aspects, including product development, pricing, and distribution strategies.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the production of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze consumer behavior and trends related to timber products.
Provide accurate short-term and long-term market forecasts for the timber industry.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer preferences.
Business Development:
Support company growth by implementing effective marketing strategies.
Develop and execute marketing plans to increase product sales in line with company targets.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
Timber Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with timber species, production processes, and industry trends.
Marketing Analytics: Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify market trends.
