Karma East is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the execution of our digital marketing strategies, including content creation, email marketing campaigns, Meta ads, and collaborations with influencers. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our Creative Director and our General Manager, to ensure our messaging aligns with the Karma East brand, voice, and values.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and email.Content Creation: Design and develop engaging visual and written content, including videos and graphics that reflect Karma East's brand, products, and values. Assist with collaborating coordinating photo shoots for marketing and website contentSocial Media Management: Schedule and monitor social media posts, ensuring alignment with our brand story, and actively engage with our online community to drive brand loyalty.Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent, high-quality content that resonates with our audience.Influencer Collaborations: Coordinate influencer outreach and partnerships, ensuring alignment with Karma East's ethical values and marketing objectives.Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and provide insights to improve our strategies.Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance across all channels, generating reports to guide strategy adjustments and improvements.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.Proficiency in Meta advertising, email marketing platforms and ideally Shopify Strong written and visual communication skills with attention to detail.Passion for sustainability, ethical fashion, and the Karma East mission.Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environmentKey Skills: Creativity: Ability to create compelling, engaging content that aligns with Karma East's values of comfort and style.Organisation: Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple digital marketing efforts simultaneously.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to Detail: Careful attention to how our brand story is conveyed across digital platforms.Adaptability: Willingness to learn new marketing tools and approaches to improve performance.Why Join Karma East?
