With a huge personal brand and specialisation in the Melbourne market they are on the search for a contract Marketing Coordinator to support in executing marketing tasks that increase brand awareness.
Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage and update online platforms such as Google, REA, Domain, company website, and landing pages.Process invoices for sales and marketing teams.Write and update copy for media assets including REA, Domain, ads, Google, social media, and EDMs across three projects.Maintain and update the company website and upload journal articles as needed.Coordinate with suppliers and arrange deliveries for projects, including cleaners, styling, photographers, and display orders.Create social media assets, write copy, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.Write EDM copy for communications to our database, covering internal updates, projects, and commercial information.Assist the EA/OPS team with various ad hoc tasks as needed. The Successful Applicant The Successful Candidate: 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
