Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding role include: Working across all business units within the Group, including new homes, land development, mortgage broker and craft spirits to provide exceptional marketing support Planning, executing and monitoring integrated content across various channels Designing and maintaining marketing literature and point-of-sale material Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities Working with suppliers and service providers to deliver marketing collateral on time and on budget Owning and delivering on website improvements Providing regular reports on key performance metrics and marketing effectiveness Utilising data-driven insights for informed decision-making and optimisations Assisting the Manager to monitor spending and ROI, making adjustments as necessary Managing and delivering events in line with business initiatives Assisting with general marketing tasks Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, a successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing with a minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment Professional presentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team Proven ability to achieve objectives and demonstrate actual results Focussed, driven and motivated A positive energy with a 'can-do' attitude Problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square Intermediate knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite as well as the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop If this is you, and you want to reach your potential while working with the best, this role offers an exciting career opportunity where your hard work and dedication will be genuinely acknowledged and rewarded.
