As the Marketing Coordinator with a key focus on Content and Writing, you'll take the lead on shaping the social media and communications strategy, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
Perks of the Role: Competitive salary up to $86,000 (inclusive of super), pro-rated for a 7-day fortnight A supportive, vibrant workplace culture focused on growth and wellbeing Participation in quarterly staff events and fundraising initiatives for meaningful causes Access to corporate perks, including fitness memberships and wellness programs Modern office located in Richmond, VIC, with occasional travel to project sites (car parking spot available) Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and implementation of digital content for social media and project promotions Plan and manage content calendars for internal and industry events Craft engaging copy for websites, social media, and internal communications Organize on-site photo and video shoots, managing budgets and ensuring top-quality results Collaborate with external stakeholders to identify content opportunities and expand reach Stay on top of media trends and competitors to inform strategies and suggest improvements Manage ad hoc communications, content, PR, and administrative tasks as needed To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Similar Content and Communications Marketing experience Direct experience in the Construction, Property, Real Estate or related industries preferred We welcome applicants with relevant experience and a strong interest in the industry.
Expertise in content creation for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Proficiency in video editing and photography for social media platforms.
Strong writing skills with a background in content creation or copywriting.
Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a passion for construction, design, and property.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Autonomous, resourceful, and proactive with a solution-oriented approach.
