We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the CHRG family. The successful candidate will report to the Group Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Corporate Affairs team.This role is a key position that involves enhancing our brand and driving engagement across our multiple portfolios. This involves creating comprehensive marketing plans, particularly in digital and social media spheres, to engage distinct audience segments.Main responsibilities:Planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns.Managing diverse social media accounts.Content creation.Data analysis to refine marketing approaches.ABOUT YOU...Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, or related field.Minimum 2 years relevant marketing experience with a strong emphasis on campaign development.Proficiency across software including Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Canva, Meta Business Manager & social media management tools.Proven ability to work to deadlines.A sound understanding of trends and strategies in social media.High-level emotional intelligence.Proficiency in briefing creative agencies on campaign assets, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.Deep understanding of asset production requirements for effective communication across social media, digital, and print channels.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must be willing to obtain a working with Children's check.This role is based at Castle Hill in Sydney and the applicant is expected to work predominantly from the venue.
