As Marketing Coordinator , you will manage the daily interaction with creative/media agencies and partners in Australia and New Zealand to execute sales campaigns, as well as maintain relationships with key tourism and airport partners.
This is a 'hands on' position focusing primarily on the implementation of brand and sales advertising and covers many different types of marketing communications across a wide range of channels.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Marketing AU & NZ, your main accountabilities will include: Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal departments to ensure promotional messaging is consistent, accurate and on brand Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns – coordinate and deliver ATL, BTL and Digital assets, ensuring deadlines are met, advertising is accurate and legal requirements are achieved Support and coordinate elements of tourism and airport partnerships/relationships Support the rest of the AU & NZ Marketing team with execution of flights and ancillary campaign activity Support the rest of the AU & NZ Marketing team with overflow activity Maintain corporate and brand guidelines Maintain reporting of campaign results and filing of assets To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience: Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role, in an agency or related industry Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and can multi-task The ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Highly motivated and able to deal with multiple time-sensitive tasks Ability to work under pressure A team contributor with the ability to work autonomously Excellent interpersonal skills Creative flair About Us The Jetstar Group has airlines in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Vietnam.
