Role Overview: Are you a talented wordsmith with a passion for storytelling and creating impactful content? Solutions IT is looking for a Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to craft high-quality, audience-focused copy that engages and retains our target audience.
In this role, writing will be your primary focus as you produce exceptional written content that aligns with our brand narrative and communication objectives. From website copy, advertorials, blogs, and social media posts to other marketing collateral, your work will ensure our messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping content that resonates with our audience and strengthens Solutions IT growth and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities: Apply exceptional writing skills to craft high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, digital and print publications, brochures, and other marketing collateral.Write engaging long-form and short-form content, such as blogs, landing pages, and social media posts, that aligns with our brand voice and speaks to our target audience.Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and credibility of all content.Edit, revise, and proofread content meticulously to uphold high standards of grammar, style, and brand consistency.Create compelling visual content, such as images or graphics, to accompany social media captions and elevate the overall impact of posts.Plan, manage, and optimize the social media content calendar to ensure strategic posting.Monitor campaigns and social media performance, analyse data, and refine strategies to enhance engagement and meet key objectives.Assist with multi-channel campaigns, event coordination, and the creation of marketing materials.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure branding consistency and timely campaign execution.Manage our database and ensure all leads are correctly updated, tracked, and moved through the pipeline.Craft and set up attractive member engagement EDMs and nurturing automation campaigns for sales leads.Interview, write, and video edit case studies and testimonials for web and distribution.Experience and Skills: Minimum 3 years in a content writing, content creation, or copy-heavy marketing role, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. A tertiary qualification in Creative/Professional Writing, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing is desired, although relevant experience is equally valued.Proven ability to craft compelling, audience-focused content across various formats and platforms, maintaining a professional and consistent brand voice.Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn), emailing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Flawless grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax, paired with strong research skills, meticulous attention to detail, creative flair, and commercial awareness.Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deliver projects across multiple channels on time, and independently maintain focus on key objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
