More About the Role at Qantas The Airline Ancillaries marketing team focuses on maximising the customer's overall experience through the strategic marketing of ancillary products to enhance their journey. This role focuses on supporting and driving revenue for our key ancillary products such as Qantas Club, our lounge network, seating, upgrades and additional baggage. The Airline Ancillaries marketing team is responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies and cross-channel communication plans, ensuring they are on brand and align to the overall strategy. Key tasks: - Supporting the Marketing Manager on the delivery of key projects, campaigns and product launches, leveraging channels such as email, campaign landing pages and promotional banners - Coordinate updates to qantas.com and optimise content to drive better responses - Coordinate small design tasks with internal studio - Campaign content development and coordination Looking for someone who has: - Hit the ground running with previous marketing experience working within a team environment - Can work within a face paced environment and adapt alongside shifting priorities. - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Strong attention to detail and forward thinking - Strong time management, the ability to work on multiple projects at one time - Passion for the airline
