Job Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative Marketing Content Specialist to join our team at Minor Hotels. This newly created position will spearhead our content strategy, creation, and distribution efforts to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities Include: Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including imagery, photography, campaign design, social media, video content, and infographics.Identify target audiences and customise content strategies to effectively address their needs and preferences.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and projects.Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that supports marketing and business objectives.Establish workflows and processes for content creation, review, and approval to ensure timely delivery.Ensure all content maintains consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice while being optimised for SEO and user experience.Coordinate and manage on-property shoots to capture relevant content.Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in content marketing.Strong understanding of SEO, social media dynamics, and effective content distribution strategies.Proficient in utilizing content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and draw insights.Excellent project management and organisational skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Highly developed organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Additional Information
