Our Marketing team is keen to find our next superstar Marketing & Consumer Business Partner in a full time capacity. We are seeking a highly engaging and organised leader who will enjoy the exciting challenge of leading the implementation of our new Marketing Strategy.
Your experience in managing accounts, projects and teams will be critical in this role.
You will be responsible for embedding the Marketing team's strategic partnership efforts with departments across Windermere, launching new initiatives such as our Marketing & Consumer Champions, proactively identifying key pain points for service areas and our consumers, and co-designing solutions.

Desired Skills and ExperienceKey Selection Criteria: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing, brand management, and/or campaign coordinationTertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Marketing or equivalentProven experience in leading significant change management processes and/or launching new initiativesSkilled in executing partnership strategiesProven experience in the day-to-day management of internal and external partnershipsProven experience in project managementDemonstrated ability to implement a test and learn approach, coordinating iterative improvementsDemonstrated ability to manage resources and campaigns within a budgetStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to discuss and resolve problems using tact and discretionAbility to work as part of a team at all levels of the agencyFlexible – happy to roll your sleeves up when neededWillingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checksPolice Check, Pre-Employment Medical and Working with Children's checkRight to Work in Australia e.g.
