Max-Term Contract - Ends 31 March 2025Location – SydneyHybrid Working How will I Help?The Marketing Communications Manager is part of the Remediation team, a division of Strategic Marketing Communications and Journeys within the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will be responsible for delivering effective customer first remediation experiences that drive win-back and retention. Develop, track, and optimise performance of remediation content across digital presences and communication channels. Foster productivity and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendorsKey Responsibilities:Provide strategic insight to influence communication design to minimise customer impact and maximise customer experience. End-to-end delivery of customer communications utilising direct mail, email, SMS, digital, and frontline channels.Track and optimise campaign performance to deliver against commercial targets.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and maximise process efficiencies.Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.Accountable for proactively managing risks by adhering to the Risk & Control Framework, fostering a curious mindset, and asking 'should we?' to drive informed decision-making.Responsible for overseeing the engagement of external vendors and collaborating with them to ensure timely delivery of CRM campaigns.What's in it for me?You'll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for 200 years.
