Due to our recent expansion, we are seeking a talented Marketing Communication Manager to spearhead marketing communications for our commercial properties in vibrant Perth!
Key Responsibilities: Plan and Execute: Lead marketing events and initiatives, including developing budgeting forecasts to ensure success.Comprehensive Support: Assist in all aspects of communication, from publications and public relations to advertising and promotions.Creative Design: Create engaging marketing and communication materials such as brochures, presentation kits, email campaigns, social media posts, and video clips.Digital Management: Oversee and update our commercial website and social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook), providing insightful analysis to enhance our online presence.Job Requirements: Knowledge of real estate is preferred.Fluency in English (both oral and written) is essential.Why Join Us?
