This leading residential land developer is celebrated for their quality-focused approach in delivering large-scale, impactful communities. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Project Director and development team to lead and execute a successful construction program, ensuring every project stage meets high standards for quality, budget, and timelines. Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction Program Management: Oversee and manage principal and subcontractor contracts, ensuring each project stage is completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Stakeholder & Consultant Collaboration: Manage consultant contracts, chair site construction meetings, and negotiate with local authorities to ensure project compliance and delivery.Budget Management: Negotiate contracts with a cost-effective focus, manage variations, and collaborate with Accounts Payable for financial oversight.WHS&E Compliance: Ensure all contractors meet onboarding and compliance standards, conduct regular site inspections, and report any incidents.Project Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports, document meeting outcomes, and support Sales and Marketing teams with strategic insights.About YouDegree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.Proven experience in managing construction delivery for residential subdivisions.Skilled in overseeing multidisciplinary consulting teams.Effective stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Project.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration reflecting your experience.Clear pathway for advancement within a collaborative and supportive team environment.Opportunity to manage high-impact residential projects with diverse stakeholder involvement.Make a difference in creating vibrant communities that elevate the residential landscape in Queensland.Please submit your resume by hitting APPLY or contact us directly:
