Montefiore is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the professional and fast-paced Marketing & Communications team.
Reporting to the Group Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be an experienced marketing professional who excels in an agile environment.
The Role: Key responsibilities include:
Handling internal/external briefsMaintaining marketing calendarsCoordinating vendor relationsManaging publication timelinesSupporting content creationProficiency in Canva, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing is desirable; however, initiative and a proactive approach are essential for this dynamic role.
Required skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skillsPassionate about people-centred marketingExcellent communication skills and high attention to detailExperience with WordPress, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite an advantageAbility to prioritise tasks and work proactivelyAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentTo succeed in this role, you will be a strong team player and thrive in a busy environment.
Your enthusiasm and positive attitude, along with your ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders, will be the key to your success.
In addition, you will be passionate about the aged care sector and have a genuine desire to work within this industry.
