Marketing & Communications Advisor - What's the job all about? Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to execute marketing and communications campaigns, including digital advertising and content creation.Attract employers and job seekers/participants to our services, and manage accounts for designated regions, programs, and audience segments.Support the planning, creation, and execution of CVGT Employment's marketing and communications strategy, including direct marketing through our CRM platform.Use reporting to ensure day-to-day marketing activities are appropriate, targeted, and measurable.Design and create a variety of marketing and communications materials in collaboration with external suppliers such as printers, signwriters, and graphic designers.Engage with the community in partnership with branch staff and design and implement events as required.What You'll Need Willingness to understand the employment services industry, as well as the regions in which we operate.3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications.Strong understanding of contemporary online communication practices.Expertise in planning and implementing both paid and organic digital campaigns.High-level proficiency in analytics and online tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.Who are we at CVGT Employment?
