About the role ? ? We're seeking a Marketing Cloud Journey Designer to support Transurban's digital-first, customer-obsessed strategy by enhancing our use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud through progressive integration activities with key platforms and data sources.

Day-to-day, you will: ? ? Deliver an integrated multi-step journey for onboarding new Linkt account customers Actively participate in the cross-functional Integration Project Squad Attend meetings as a subject matter expert in journey design and build, providing guidance, considerations, and options to stakeholders on journey and campaign design Work with other business areas to understand business problems, customer pain points, and goals, and turn this information into actionable use cases Create a backlog of journeys to be built and participate in prioritisation discussions and planning sessions Assist in the roll out of SFMC Einstein (AI) capability across post-integration customer journeys Contribute to the establishment of a robust, automated reporting system that will monitor conversion across customer journeys Design and document template requirements and SFMC journey design, gaining approval from relevant stakeholders Liaise with internal parties for key inputs, including approved content, data mapping support, link tracking, and CRM assistance Build eDM, MobilePush and SMS templates to brief in SFMC ensuring approvals are obtained Conduct appropriate checks and testing before deployment Add/update campaign/journey documentation to the team's knowledge management system and notify key stakeholders Manage external stakeholders to ensure all requested tasks are completed as required and progress has been communicated This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: ? Business experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform) Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, design, and build of complex, multi-channel journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform) Demonstrated stakeholder collaboration, consulting, and influencing skills Experience in documenting and presenting journey designs, and preparation of journey reporting packs Salesforce Certification - Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and the ability for big-picture thinking Advanced written and verbal communication skills Outcomes focused and flexible 'can do' attitude Excellent organisational skills and project delivery experience Highly regarded: Degree in Business discipline Salesforce Certification - Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Marketing Cloud Administrator Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Einstein Experience working in an agile environment Skills in SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SJSS ?
