About the role As Transurban delivers on its digital-first, customer-obsessed strategy, we're enhancing our use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud through progressive integration activities with key platforms and data sources.
The Marketing Cloud Integration Lead will be responsible for leading technical platform integration activities.
You'll work with experts from Salesforce Service Cloud, Snowflake, MuleSoft, AWS and Digital to map data attributes, document requirements, design solutions and identify changes requires across platforms to enable integration.
You will also consult with a variety of stakeholders to understand their objectives and opportunities to be able to design a suitable solution.
Day-to-day, you will: Act as the Integration Project Technical Lead by proactively participating in the cross-functions Integration Project Squad and advise on best practice integration delivery.
Work closely with other business areas to understand and map data requirements, availability and tracking.
As well as ensuring project requirements are captured and implemented within desired timeframes.
Create user stories and develop use cases for integration activities.
Design, build, test and document proposed automations, processes, technical design specifications and any other key activities related to Marketing Cloud integration activities.
Prepare and present packs outlining integration approach and user stories.
Engage with a variety of people across the business to determine the best solution to meet business objectives.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Extensive technical experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator.
Skills in CSS, HTML and AMPscript
Demonstrated experience undertaking integration activities between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud (or similar).
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills and demonstrated experience in identifying and delivering technology solutions for business and customer challenges.
Skills in critical thinking, analytical ability and problem solving, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with a variety of people.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to consult, influence and negotiate.
A builder of relationships, you won't be afraid to challenge the status quo, helping to problem solve through your persistence, passion and the ability to influence and negotiate.
Demonstrate resilience in your work with the ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
