About the roleWe're seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing team and support the (Major Project) to deliver customer campaigns and initiatives.

As our Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities.

Day-to-day, you will:Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, competitions, and tactical activities to support project initiatives and road opening.Deliver customer acquisition activities to drive account growth.End-to-end project management of internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver on campaign objectives.Support the Marketing & Communications Project Manager in the strategy development of campaigns and customer initiatives.Bring our customer value proposition to life across multiple touch points (owned and paid channels) to help drive customer advocacy.Manage the media buying agency to ensure paid media activity aligns to campaign strategy and is delivered in line with approved channel plan and within budget.Manage the delivery of customer events, conferences, partnerships, and sponsorships.Manage the tracking, reporting, and optimisation of performance during and post the campaign period, including developing data-led dashboards.This role will suit someone with:Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.At least 5 years' experience in marketing in an internal department or agency, preferably within a Marketing or Customer Communications team.Proven record of delivering successful end-to-end campaigns across owned and paid channels.Strong project management and time management skills to deliver multiple projects simultaneously on time and within/or under budget.Exceptional writing, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of management and external stakeholders.Preferred:Consumer related industry experience preferred.Experience in B2B marketing.Event management experience.If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
