Marketing Campaign Specialist
This is an incredible rare 12-month contract opportunity commencing from January 2025 within our Marketing team. In this role, you will independently manage portfolios with stakeholders and act as a point of contact for the Affinity business you support for our member-based marketing.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sydney or Melbourne offices.
What the day will look like
In this role you will conduct a range of activities including:
Marketing plan execution for the Affinity segment – to support the broader affinity marketing strategy
Work towards achieving lead generation targets through a variety of tactical campaigns and activities
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure optimum targeting & ROI through paid media
Association partner relationship management and execution of activities as per the agreed calendar
Maintaining all segment collateral and webpages to make sure they are compliant and up-to-date by working with relevant stakeholders
Supporting the Affinity business with brand, campaign and market insights as appropriate, as well as providing updates on marketing spend and making recommendations for improvement as appropriate
Developing relevant and timely content along with the content marketer to engage customers and prospects in these markets
Skills and experience that will lead to success
We're a team of passionate, creative individuals looking for someone who has some or most of the following:
Experience within brand or campaign management preferred and/or exposure to B2B and generalist marketing
Campaign reporting and familiarity with marketing metrics desirable
Great communication and stakeholder management skills
Good with systems and tools to support with marketing such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office product suite
Strong understanding of the briefing, design and development process for marketing assets such as emails, advertisements, webpages, and more
