In this role, you will be part of a newly formed enterprise B2B team, executing campaign initiatives that support key business areas such as Allianz Commercial, Consumer, and Personal Injury.
Initially, your focus will be on establishing foundational campaign activities, with the opportunity to expand into more advanced cross-channel communications as capability evolves.The primary purpose of this role is to perform end to end Business to Business campaign deliveries through our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.You'll be responsible for: Scope requirements with our B2B team and stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities and desired outcomes.Analyse and translate B2B marketing requirements into campaign build specifications.Undertake data extraction and preparation for pre-campaign analysis and design.Build and execute campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Develop analysis and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness.Liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business KPI and strategies.Represent the team as the subject matter expert on campaign and data analysis projects and initiatives.Proactively contribute to team productivity and process improvements initiatives.About you:Demonstrated commercial acumen and client focused approach in analytics and insights.Significant Campaign Management experience, ideally in the Financial Service or Insurance industries.Considerable experience in end-to-end campaign process; from pre-analysis, planning, development, execution and post analysis, ideally in the Financial Service or Insurance industries.Salesforce certified with hands on experience building campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Minimum 2 years experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder and Email studio is required.Experience with organisational databases and SQL.Proven ability to develop metrics to provide insights on campaign performance.Proficient in skills such as data extraction, campaign design, execution and performance analysis.Strong interpersonal skills, time management, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously as part of the team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.What's on offer:Be part of a team that's open-minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomes.A sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work.An employer that is committed to supporting your work/life balance and is always open to conversations about flexible & remote working.Access to over 10,000 on-demand learning resources and programs, to support you in taking control of your career development.Initiatives to support your financial wellness through selected discounted Allianz insurance products, superannuation matching, salary sacrificing, novated leasing and our referral bonus scheme.The opportunity to take part in our Employee Share Purchase Program- own a piece of your employer.About Allianz: At Allianz, we care about everything that makes you, you.
