What would I be doing? As a Marketing & Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of employer partners and driving employment outcomes for people with disabilities. Your responsibilities would fall into these 3 categories:
Business Development and Partnerships Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Negotiate wage subsidy agreements with employers.Client Engagement and Support Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored support to help them achieve their career goals.Assist clients in transitioning into stable employment, collaborating with the Client Coordinator and Support Officer.Communicate employment opportunities to local employment services staff and job-seeking clients.Marketing and Employer Engagement Develop, document, and implement effective marketing strategies to generate appropriate employment opportunities for clients.Identify and present innovative marketing ideas and concepts to attract new employers and increase employment opportunities.Maintain extensive knowledge of the current labour market conditions and vacancy requirements.Why would I choose Mylestones?
