About TheRole A opportunity exists for adynamic Marketing Automation Specialist to jointhe marketing team on a 24 month fixed-term contractbasis.
You will be instrumental inconstructing, refining, and shaping engagement and retentionmarketing initiatives through marketing automation, aligning themwith the overarching Kleenheat marketing strategy and customeracquisition tactics. By leveraging insights, you will fine-tunecampaign workflows and personalisation, contributing to theentirety of the customer communication journey.

Additionally: Develop,monitor and analyse marketing automation metrics to measurecampaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement,including A/B testing for optimization. Producereports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timelyupdates on campaign effectiveness. Utilisedata-driven insights for informed decision-making andcontinuous improvement of marketing automationstrategies. Design,implement, and manage marketing automation workflows, includinglead nurturing, welcome series, and triggeredcommunications. You willcollaborate with various teams and stakeholders to capturerequirements and implement campaigns based on segmenting thecustomer database. What You'llBring To This Role ATertiary related qualifications in a Marketing, orequivalent. Minimum3 years' experience with Marketing Automationtechnologies (Microsoft Dynamics would be highlyregarded). Capability in MicrosoftOffice is essential. Experience interpretingbriefs from stakeholders and working with analytical, marketingor product teams. Adata-driven mindset, focusing on leveraging insights tooptimise campaign performance and improve customerexperiences. You havea strong interest in personalisation, data driven decisionmaking, optimisation, and automation technologies. A focuson working as a team, including using workplace collaborationtools and building strong relationships withstakeholders Adynamic adaptability, thriving in changing environments andembracing new challenges with creative solutions.
