Role Overview:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the creation, execution, and optimisation of automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Working closely with the Marketing Automation Manager, you will help design multi-channel journeys, segment audiences, and analyse campaign performance to ensure effective and personalised communication across all customer touchpoints.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in marketing automation.

Role and responsibilities: Assist in the creation and deployment of email, SMS, and other digital campaigns to support member acquisition and retention goals.Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and maintain automated customer journeys and communication workflows.Create audience segments and apply data-driven insights to ensure personalised messaging reaches the right audiences.Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators for marketing campaigns, providing insights for ongoing improvement.Assist with A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.Work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager, Data, and Content teams to align campaign execution with broader marketing objectives.Ensure all communications adhere to compliance standards and best practices, including privacy regulations.Maintain accurate documentation for workflows, campaign processes, and performance metrics.Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Basic understanding of CRM and data segmentation principles.Familiarity with email marketing and SMS platforms.Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
