The Opportunity   As our Marketing Automation Specialist , based in our Brisbane head office, you will join a team of digital experts developing solutions to drive new client acquisition and enhance the serviced delivered to clients through the lifetime of their case.
You'll develop automated marketing campaigns and client communications journeys, identifying and building data triggers for automated communication, such as journey entry events and decision splits in the SMFC platform.
And we'll rely on you to develop all technical elements to support these campaigns, too, such as email HTML, data extensions, journeys and automations.
Using your Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise, you'll create our subscriber lists and Data Extension in SFMC, ensuring the right quality checks are followed to maintain a positive client experience, and putting appropriate policies in place to ensure adherence to communication compliance standards.
You'll monitor deliverability, unsubscribe data and database hygiene, monitoring and managing errors and issues relating to the platform.
What you'll bring.
To thrive in this role, you'll have: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications and Proficiency: 3+ years' experience with the Marketing Cloud interface, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
Understanding of Customer Journeys: Experience in designing and optimising customer journeys based on user behaviour and engagement metrics.
Campaign Development: Create and execute automated marketing and service campaigns across email, SMS, and social media using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
Data Management Skills: Knowledge of data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting within Marketing Cloud to effectively personalise journeys.
Automation and Scripting: Experience with AMPscript or SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) for dynamic content and automation tasks.
Analytics and Reporting: Ability to analyse campaign performance, generate reports and present suggested data-driven options to inform decisions to refine strategies.
Integration Skills: Understanding of API integrations and how to connect Marketing Cloud with other platforms (e.g., CRM systems).
Email Marketing Best Practices: Knowledge of deliverability, A/B testing, and compliance regulations (like GDPR and CAN-SPAM).
Documentation Skills: Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign workflows, processes, and performance metrics.
You will also be able to:  Facilitate Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.
Collaborate cross functionally: Work with Marketing, IT, agencies collectively on programs of work.
You can work in a team progressing work to agreed business goals and timeframes.
Problem Solve: Work through technical and business problems and resolve blockers to keep program on track.
