We are on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team for a 12-month fixed term position.
We're looking for an incredible human to manage the build and delivery of automations, journeys, and highly personalised communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Using your well-established technical and consulting skills, you will act as an internal subject matter expert and advocate for Marketing Automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability.
You will work on the implementation of testing and optimisation strategies and troubleshoot issues with daily automations and data complexities.
Day to day this role will see you working across: End-to-end execution of personalised multi-channel campaigns from build using HTML and AMPScript, to testing and deployment.Management of automated campaigns.Acting as an internal SME and advocate for Marketing Automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability.Implementation of testing, analysing campaign performance and providing optimisation strategies for improved results.Building strong relationships and fostering cross collaboration across other relevant business units.Ensuring accurate, timely execution of all campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders.Your impact: You are a digital marketer with recent hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – this is essential.
You have a genuine passion for customer experience and innovation and have a continuous learning mindset, and can conceptualise technical outcomes for business requirements and problems.
As a strong team player, you excel in cross-functional collaboration and possess excellent communication skills to drive successful campaigns.
You are organised, adept at managing multiple campaigns and timelines, and confident in taking ownership of your workload.
Additionally, you have a keen interest in learning new platforms, such as Marketing Cloud Personalisation and Data Cloud, to enhance marketing strategies and outcomes.
