About the Role:
As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing strategy, with responsibilities including:
Crafting Engaging Copy: Utilise your copywriting skills to create content for email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing materials that reflect Liquid Learning's brand and captivate our audience.Marketing Automation Management: Leverage your expertise with Pardot and Salesforce to create, execute, and optimise automated workflows and campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.Social Media Oversight: Manage and grow our social media channels by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance.Data Analysis & Insights: Dive into campaign metrics across emails, social media, and blog content to identify trends, refine strategies, and maximise ROI.Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align campaigns and ensure all messaging is cohesive and effective.Customer Journey Design: Create and optimise seamless, results-driven customer journeys that inspire action and build lasting connections.What You'll Need: Proven Copywriting Talent: Demonstrated ability to craft compelling, persuasive copy for email campaigns, social media, and blog posts.Marketing Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce to execute and manage campaigns effectively.Social Media Skills: Experience creating and managing content for social platforms, with a strong understanding of trends and audience engagement.Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret campaign metrics and use data insights to optimise strategies.Attention to Detail: Precision in execution, ensuring all campaigns and content are on-brand and error-free.What are the Benefits?
