They are therefore searching for a skilled Marketing Automation Manager to lead the charge in optimising our communication and member acquisition strategies using Adobe Campaign Manager.
About the role: As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention through the Adobe platform. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will develop, implement, and optimise automated marketing campaigns to attract new members and improve communications with our existing customer base. You will be responsible for executing campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels, and for working closely with data and content teams to ensure messaging is relevant, personalised, and impactful.

Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing company with a collaborative and forward-thinking team.Professional development and training opportunities.Flexible working arrangements (remote/hybrid).Access to health and wellness programs as well as discounted insurance.Role and responsibilities: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting both prospective and existing members to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.Build and manage automated workflows within the Adobe Suite, including email journeys, personalised messaging, and triggered communications.Leverage CRM data to create targeted customer segments and optimise campaign effectiveness, ensuring relevant messaging reaches the right audiences.Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve and optimise strategies.Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Customer Service to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, privacy laws, and internal policies in all marketing communications, maintaining a high standard of best practices.Implement A/B and multivariate tests to continually improve campaign performance and customer engagement.Develop and refine customer journey maps to better understand and respond to customer behaviors, ensuring consistent and high-quality experiences across all touchpoints.Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing automation, specifically with Adobe or other enterprise Martech platform.Strong understanding of CRM and data segmentation strategies.Experience with email marketing, SMS, and other digital communication channels.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
