Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
Who are we looking for? The Marketing Automation Executive is a critical role within Gamma's group marketing team, focused on leveraging marketing automation technologies to drive demand, nurture prospects, and support the continued growth of Gamma's business units. This role is responsible for building and optimising marketing automation programmes that align with the buyer journey, enhance customer engagement, and generate leads for sales engagement.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in using marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Pardot (now called Account Engage) and HubSpot, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and CRM systems. As a key contributor to Gamma's marketing efforts, the Marketing Automation Executive will play a vital role in streamlining marketing tasks, improving campaign effectiveness, and ultimately driving business growth.
What will you be doing day-to-day? Owning Marketing Automation implementations, configuration, data management, operations and instilling a best practice mentality throughout Gamma's group of companiesDesign, build, and optimise marketing automation workflows, triggers, and campaigns to nurture prospects and drive demand.Manage and monitor automated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with sales efforts and business objectives.Utilise platforms like Salesforce Pardot (Account Engage) and HubSpot to automate tasks, measure campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.Incorporate management and optimisation of critical automation-based platforms such a conversational marketing, interactive form builders and automation integrators to assist for web conversion and lead routing optimisation.Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, driving engagement and conversion.Collaborate with content, field, performance and product marketing to align messaging and content with the buyer journey.Alongside the operational and analytics teams, help track and report on campaign metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation and improvement.Integrate marketing automation strategies with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads, track customer interactions, and measure campaign success.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing and sales platforms, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between teams.Create and manage reports on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.Continuously evaluate and enhance marketing automation processes, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.Identify opportunities to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency, ensuring the team meets its demand generation objectives.Support the broader group marketing team and business unit teams in executing marketing strategies that drive growth.Ensure brand consistency in image and voice in all email touch points including marketing and nurture communications.What you'll need 2-3 years proven experience in marketing automation, with a strong focus on using platforms such as Salesforce Pardot (Account Engage) and HubSpot.Experience in a fast-paced B2B technology marketing environment, with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.Strong operational experience in automation building, including workflows, triggers, field setup, and campaign structure.Excellent understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and the ability to manage and report on campaign activity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
