Details of the offer

The core objective of this role is to provide support to the Neuromodulation sales and marketing team. This support is predominantly administrative and is responsible for coordinating events, sourcing equipment/materials, and contributing to projects related to the Neuromodulation business unit. It also works across the broader team, including our field teams, to facilitate activities including, but not limited to, preparing correspondence, reports, conference materials, and presentations, arranging travel, and being involved in marketing and sale activities.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
MarCom Coordination: Create digital and print marketing collateral pieces, manage internal team communication through a range of digital platforms (SFDC, Marketing Cloud).
Digital Campaign Coordination: Support the creation of digital marketing campaigns, management of campaign distribution, and reporting of campaign performance.
Event Coordination: Including venue and catering coordination, logistics, travel arrangements for HCPs, event costing, and record-keeping. Attendance will be required at some events.
Sponsorship Coordination: Ensures documentation is completed prior to internal & external events, and in line with company policy; maintains timely communication with key stakeholders. Support the process and submission of Donation and Sponsorship to Legal Department.
Capital Equipment Management: Support and coordinate the logistics for capital equipment, including servicing arrangements.
Sales & Marketing Material Coordination: Order and distribute brochures, demos, and sales aids to the sales team as required.
Compliance: Maintains knowledge of policies and processes, complies, and champions all quality and regulatory commitments. Receipting, documenting, and submitting IRFs for approval.
Marketing Project Support: Support product management tasks.
Administration Support: Completion of purchase orders and payment requests, tender support, pricing uploads, document regulatory approvals, reception relief (roster-based), sales reporting as required; management of the team's mail and courier requirements, training records as well as coordinating the onboarding of new starters. Answers questions and proposes solutions through research.
Record Keeping/Systems: Maintains both manual and automated records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential statistics and prepares reports and analysis. Oversight of the accuracy of data in systems including, but not limited to, SFDC customer data.
Pricing: Maintenance of pricing lists.
Customer Support: Serves as a point of contact for our customers, providing information which may be of a sensitive nature. Maintains contacts and networks, locally and globally, for providing information or data as required.
Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinating meetings and supporting Marketing Manager and BUL as required. Manages own schedule and prioritizes own work and other team members' schedules.
Travel Coordination: Book flights, accommodation, and car hire as required for the divisional team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience within a marketing or business administration role.
Marketing Degree/ other relevant fields preferred.
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques is desirable.
Proficient in using MS Office 365 / Office 2010.
Ability to work autonomously and manage own tasks to completion within specified timelines.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Superior organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task / project manage.
Ability to attend weekend events as required.
